Delivery
We ship all our orders via PostNL or DHL. After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. This email states the date on which the parcel deliverer will arrive at your door. In the same screen you can also see where the package is at that moment in the process.

Delivery time
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 23:00 are usually delivered to your home within 2 working days.*

However, these delivery times are not fixed and are not guaranteed. In the unlikely event that the delivery time deviates from the actual delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

*Within the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands.

Postage costs
The prices in the webshop are exclusive of shipping costs. At checkout, the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the selected products and the delivery address.
